Perimenopause shouldn't be a diagnosis you have to fight for.
Millions of women spend years symptomatic before anyone connects the dots. We're building the clinical evidence and care pathways to close that gap — starting with a validated biomarker.
Right now, there's no reliable, objective test for perimenopause. Women are told to "wait it out," misdiagnosed, or bounced between specialists for years before getting answers. The Perimenopause Society is changing that.
We're running a clinical study to validate sdLDL-C as a standalone diagnostic biomarker for perimenopause — building on peer-reviewed research linking it to perimenopausal status.
This work is early, concrete, and fundable — and it's built by people who've lived the gap we're trying to close.
Every dollar goes toward research and care infrastructure that doesn't exist yet — and needs to.
